Passed away at the Port Broughton District Hospital. On 2nd March 2019. Aged 84 years. Dearly loved Wife of the late Cyril. Loving Mum of Jon & Katrina & Families. Dearly loved Sister of Eunice & the late Ron Smith. Dearly loved Mother & Mother in-law of Jon & Annette. Loved Grandma of Trenton & Daniella, Adam & Amanda, Tori-Anne. Cherished Great Grandma of Ryan, James, Jack & Liam. Devoted & admired Mum to Katrina, Grandma to Damien. You were a beautiful & proud lady and a great role model to both of us, we are going to miss you so very much. Your determination kept you strong and you overcome every hurdle, as we all know you never liked to lose, and you never once complained. Rest easy now Mum you will always be a winner in our eyes. Reunited with Cyril. Love you always Katrina & Damien xxxxxxx. A big thank you to Drs. Neville & Alison and Staff at the Port Broughton District Hospital for their wonderful care and respect shown to Pauline. Pauline will be privately cremated as per her wishes.
