Passed away peacefully 26th May 2019
Aged 80 years
Loved wife of John. Loving mother of Louise, Chuck and Casey. Adored and cherished grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is with her beloved mother and father now and always. She will be deeply missed by all.
A celebration of Fay’s life will be held at Braeside Chapel, 251 Gooding Drive, Merrimac on Wednesday, 5 June 2019 at 11.00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Association of Australia would be appreciated.
