Rodney (Rod) William Jewell passed away peacefully and surrounded by love on 25th June 2020 at Monash Medical Centre Clayton, aged 64. Beloved son of Dorothy Jewell (nee Nevitt) and Eric Jewell. Loving husband to Margaret Anne Jewell (nee Roscarel). Proud father of Melanie Kate Horton (nee Jewell) and Andrew Horton, Sarah Elizabeth Jewell and Christopher Akpala. Delighted grandfather of James William Horton. Loved brother of Kathleen Swart, David Jewell and Caroline Fittall, Mark Jewell. Loved uncle of Erinn Swart, Daniel Swart and Elle and Nixon, Samantha Hanna Jewell, Madeleine Jewell, Olivia Jewell and Catherine Jewell. Chosen family of Sharon Hanna. Good friend to all and loyal servant to Max, the cat. With thanks to the incredible staff at Monash Medical Centre. The Jewell family welcomes donations of gratitude to the Monash Health Foundation.
