MCGOVERN, Loretto
A passionate, hardworking pioneer of the Bellarine Football League who served as League Treasurer 1986-1991 before becoming the BFL’s first Administrator 1992-1995 and was rewarded for her service with Life Membership of the BFL in 1991.
