Dearly loved son-in-law of John and Olga Raff and Christine Raff; beloved grandson-in-law of Nina Franks; great mate and brother-in-law to Paul and Anita Raff, and David Raff, adored fun uncle of William, Ivy, Patrick and Lexie.
A unique gem, Liam enriched our family in so many ways. We admired his positivity, drive and his devotion to his family and friends. We will miss him deeply and treasure the times we shared.
