THOMPSON, Keith (Butch) Thank you so much for the wonderful care given to my husband. A special thanks to the T.P.I and RSL staff, and Bruce Benson for a great ceremony, and Morleys, all were exceptional. Our sincere thanks go to Dr Edward Morris and his lovely staff and Dr Ofra Fried from Palliative Care, Dr Richard Keys, Penny and Rachel, who cared for Keith for decades.
