Patrick, Tracy and Matt's hearts are full of gratitude when we say many thanks to DEM and ICU at RHH, and family members and friends for all their acts of kindness and sympathy.
We appreciate the many flowers, cards, messages and donations to The Stroke Foundation Tasmania and kind words spoken to our family regarding the recent passing of a wonderful wife, mother and nan. A special thank you to the Kermandie Football Club community.
