Kaye and family wish to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to all
relatives and friends for their support, phone calls, visits, cards, flowers, food and attendance at David's funeral. Our thanks to Millingtons and Mr Rodney Bester for the wonderful service. We are left with loving memories of a loving husband, father, father-in-law and adored pop.
