We're putting the spotlight on London and we need your help
London is one of the world's great cities and we've grabbed a few photos we think showcase its unique character.
The English capital really shines at Christmas time, and we've included a few festive shots to highlight this.
Send us your favourite London photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll add them to the gallery.
It would be great if you could add up to 100 words explaining where/when each photo was taken and why it holds such great memories for you.

Your photos and memories:
Yvonne Gardiner: For years I had longed to visit the Natural History Museum at South Kensington. This architectural wonder contains the history of life on Earth, and entry is free.
My favourite exhibits were the illustrations of plants collected by pioneer scientist Joseph Banks on Captain Cook's first voyage to Australia.
The skeleton of a blue whale hangs above the main hall, and a statue of Charles Darwin dominates the wide staircase.
The museum is home to life and earth science specimens including 80 million items within five main collections - botany, entomology, mineralogy, paleontology and zoology.
Yvonne Gardiner: Home for the young royals, Kensington Palace stands amid beautiful gardens open to the public.
An exhibition explored the evolution of Diana, Princess of Wales' innate sense of style at her former London home. Pieces from Diana's wardrobe complemented original sketches created for her during the design process. Diana's handwritten comments, added alongside her favourite designs, demonstrated the joy she found in fashion.
