WE had three submissions in yesterday's Photo of the Day poll, but the voting race focused largely on this image by Casey Eveleigh of the Brunswick Bridge and an equally lovely shot of kids being sprayed by surf breaking over the South Ballina wall by Hollies Photography.

Casey's image ended up being the most popular, with 52% of voters choosing it as their favourite while 46% backed the photo of south wall.

Photo of the Day celebrates the beauty of the Northern Rivers and the talent of its people.
