Warwick 2066: 10 things our young people want

AS family-centred town, the importance of our young people has long been a point of discussion.

We asked two of Warwick youth community groups what they hoped would be in place for Warwick's younger community by 2066.

Networks: A stronger community network.

Vibes: Means of continuing to grow the country township vibe.

Opportunities: More opportunity for younger generations in employment and social aspects.

Support: Local people supporting local businesses, endeavours and opportunities created by local people to keep our sense of community

Hospital: Progression of health care systems.

Jobs: Jobs in long-term sustainable industries, not just tourism.

TAFE options: More tertiary education options, such as a a vibrant TAFE or university with public transport options to get there.

Apprenticeships: More training and apprenticeship options for young people.
