Uni students to relaunch vintage Espresso Bar

Ellyn McCulloch and Morgan Sullivan have given Salvage Design, on Nicklin Way, a makeover and will be kicking off the new Espresso Bar space with a $2 coffee day launch!

The two girls were hired by the new Owners, Linda and Mark Nicholson, to give their Espresso Bar an atmosphere where locals can come with their friends, lounge about and use the wireless internet to do any work.

The new espresso bar is called "Ground & Dirty Espresso" and the small changes means that locals in the Kawana area don't have to struggle for a park in Mooloolaba, Shopping Centres or drive to Caloundra for a coffee catchup.

We want to invite everyone to our opening on August 29th, next Saturday, to enjoy $2 coffees of ANY size.

Morgan and Ellyn are currently studying at the University of the Sunshine Coast and have enjoyed the opportunity to be a part of something new for the Sunshine Coast.

"We want a place where we can just do our assignments, where we can leave the house and not have to be a part of a large cafe scene to enjoy a nice coffee or cake. We feel that the University students will utilise this space individually or for group sessions where we will offer group specials."

Congratulations to the girls, we are so proud of them.
