Two very happy dogs make today's Photo of the Day
VOTE FOR TOMORROW'S PHOTO OF THE DAY
JANNINE Williams was one of the people who responded to a last-minute call for contributions in yesterday's Photo of the Day poll, so it's fitting her picture of her dogs, Jett and Bella, ended up topping yesterday's poll.
Her image received a total 36% of the vote, putting it just ahead of a picture from Wendy Gilmore of a stormfront rolling over North Creek at Ballina, which came in with 32% of the vote.
Photo of the Day celebrates the beauty of the Northern Rivers and the talent of the people who live here.

There are eight images to choose from and there are some real corkers in there, including a submission from 13-year-old Ellie Cameron, who has taken a lovely sky-scape focused on Mt Warning, and one from regular contributor Julie Raymond, who photographed a young osprey she helped free from a cavity at Ballina's South Wall.
