FOOD: The Oyster Bar and Restaurant Cuvée.
WINE: 2013 Still Shiraz.
HIGHLIGHT: Sunday Unvined - on every Sunday afternoon when they feature live music on the Oyster Bar Deck overlooking the pond and vineyards. It's the perfect way to unwind with a cool glass of bubbles.

FOOD: Greenpoint Brasserie has a lovely menu with wine matching.
WINE: Bubbles of course it's what Chandon does best.
HIGHLIGHT: Having a sparkling paired with oysters and the 270 degree views from the terrace is stunning! And don't forget the wine tasting bar - so many beautiful wines to try.
ACCOMMODATION: Lots of lovely B&Bs in the Yarra Valley
8/ STONIER WINES - MORNINGTON PENINSULA, VIC

FOOD: Cheese platters only (sounds good to me).
WINE: Stonier is known for making very good chardonnay and pinot noir wines.

9/ MONTALTO VINEYARD & OLIVE GROVE - REDHILL, VIC
WHERE: 33 Shoreham Road, Red Hill South, Victoria.
FOOD: There are a few options including The Restaurant which received its 13th Chefs Hat, The Piazza Cafe and consider the feed me menu or there is the Picnic, the season starts October 1 to April 30 - its pricey but a lovely way to enjoy the property and a picnic of course.
WINE: 2015 Pennon Hill Pinot Grigio-Winner of the Gold Medal -Royal Melbourne Wine show.
HIGHLIGHT: There are 20+ permanent sculptures sensitively sited throughout the Montalto grounds.
10/ OCEAN VIEW ESTATES - MT MEE, QLD
WHERE: 2557 Mt. Mee Road, Ocean View (45 minutes from Brisbane CBD).
FOOD: The Restaurant has both an Al a Carte and Degustation menu to die for.
WINE: 2012 OV Gold White Port. They have a great Selection of wines and also brew craft beer.
HIGHLIGHT: The restaurant with beautiful menu and views (but not of the ocean).
ACCOMODATION: Luxury Winemakers Cottage with 5 bedrooms and also pet friendly. As well as other cabins being available.

11/ SIRROMET WINERY - MT COTTON , QLD
WHERE: 850 Mount Cotton Road, Mount Cotton (between Gold Coast and Brisbane)
FOOD: Lureen's is an Award winning restaurant you can even order Roast suckling pig for 12 or more and menu is excellent with a degustation menu that will leave your mouth watering. The Tuscan Terrace at Sirromet is also a great place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.
WINE: 2014 Vineyard Selection Pinot Gris.
HIGHLIGHT: The beautiful grounds and easy to get to.
ACCOMODATION: Merlot House a 4-bedroom getaway.
