Toowoomba’s haunted homes to feature on The Project
CHANNEL Ten hit news, comedy and commentary show The Project is headed to Toowoomba to discover why the region is a ghost-hunting capital.
Toowoomba Ghost Chasers' Katie Harvey is encouraging anyone in Toowoomba with a paranormal experience or ghost story to get involved.
The film crews will arrive to tour the Bulls Head Inn next weekend, a notorious haunted building, as well as filming Ms Harvey and her team as they investigate a family home.
The Facebook page Toowoomba Ghost Chasers has about 35,000 likes and a continual stream of paranormal experiences to share.
"We are really looking forward to this as a chance to put Toowoomba on the map," she said.

She said in one of her favourite ghost stories from the popular hot-spot the Drayton Cemetery (ghosts don't understand irony), Ms Harvey and her daughter heard the audio of a seven-year-old named Angie.
She said with a bit of research, an unmarked grave of the girl was found.
Ms Harvey said the best part of the popular Facebook site was the ability for members to discuss the findings, debunk some of the photos and highlight potential paranormal experiences.
"We are limited with where we can get in, but we've never had a bad experience when we bring a group of people along with us."
The Project confirmed it was planning the segment.
