TERRY Stormon has been a regular contributor to Photo of the Day since this project began a little more than a year ago and each picture he takes seems better than the last.

This image of cows at Bentley may well be his best yet and managed to out-pace some quite fierce competition in yesterday's Photo of the Day poll.

We had a selection of five really excellent images to choose from yesterday, leading to some quite tight voting.

Terry's picture led the way, taking 27% of the vote, followed by a great shot taken at Evans Head by Shawna Palin, which received 21% of the vote.
