Take a tour of Toowoomba's historic trees
TOOWOOMBA will play host to a tour of a different kind, viewing the region's most historic trees.
It will be held by the Toowoomba branch of the National Trust of Australia (Queensland) through a self-drive tour guided by Dr John Swarbrick.
The historic tour will be held on Saturday, November 12 from 9am at the Handley Tree, corner of West and Nelson Sts, Toowoomba.
There will be a stop about 11am at Cobb and Co Museum and the tour will run until 1pm.
Everyone is welcome and carpooling can be arranged for those without transport.
