Take smooth choice for that pick-me-up

EVERYONE needs a pick-me-up throughout the day.

Keep some of this smoothie in the fridge and you'll never have to reach for a chocolate bar, a sugary biscuit or that third cup of coffee.

Smoothies can be enjoyed by all members of the family, no matter what their age. So don't just keep them for the kids.

Choc Banana and Cinnamon Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

 

1 large frozen banana, chopped

 

2 tbs raw cacao powder

 

2 tsp cinnamon

 

¼ - 1 tsp probiotics

 

2 dates (optional)

 

1 cup of milk (coconut, dairy, nut or seed milk)

 

1 tbs coconut oil

 

Method:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender or thermomix and blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Taste the mix and adjust if needed.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
