Duncan Thompson's Sports Shop window was home to the famous Davis Cup trophy and Neale Fraser's tennis racquet during the 1962 Carnival of Flowers.

Introduced in 1900 as a competition between the USA and Great Britain, the Davis Cup is now the world's largest annual international team competition in sport, with 126 nations taking part in 2015.
