Dance for Parkinson's Community Class - Toowoomba 

Time: 11am - 1.30pm

11am - 12:15pm - Dance Class

12.15 pm - 1.30pm - Refreshments & Presentation

Modelled after the Dance for PD® program developed by the Mark Morris Dance Group and the Brooklyn Parkinson Group, these dance classes are appropriate for anyone with PD, no matter how advanced. No dance experience is required. In chairs, supported, or standing, you will explore elements of dance in a stimulating, enjoyable, non-pressured, social environment. This Community Class is also open to partners, family members, carers, community members and any others with a specific professional interest. The class will be taught by Dance for Parkinson's Australia Program Coordinator, Erica Rose Jeffrey.

Located at St Thomas More's Church Hall on Ramsay Street in the St Thomas More's Church and School complex which is on the corner of South and Ramsay Streets, Centenary Heights, Toowoomba.
