Seniors have new weapon to beat retirement blues

Are you sitting at home post-retirement and wondering 'what do I do now?'

Well wonder no more!

A US e-commerce business, Vive Health, has released its '110 activities for Elderly & Seniors [Ultimate list]' and it really goes all out in its attempts to help seniors beat the retirement blues.

Broken down into six categories, the site leaves no stone unturned as it works through the activities from No.1 - 'try a new restaurant' - to the last entry - 'organize a neighbourhood cleanup'.

In between are an assortment of ideas that could see you get back on the dating scene, catch up with family, host a movie night or, if you miss your career, get back to work.\

Vive Health cofounder Joe Fleming said the list was the solution "to help overcome the inconveniences that aging brings us all".

"At Vive Health, our mission is to lead your rebellion against age," Fleming told Forbes.

"We can't stop the aging process, but we can help you embrace it."
