Sally set to soar in chosen career

Sally Ziesemer ticks these boxes and many more.
She is confident in both individual and collaborative working situations with a work ethic and passion for studies.
Sally seized the opportunity to develop her skills through vocational education and training in her senior years of study at Glennie.
Hard work and determination saw her successfully complete a Certificate II in Information, Digital Media and Technology and Certificate II in Hospitality.
As a school based trainee, Sally also completed a Certificate III in Business and Administration, giving her a competitive edge as a school leaver.
Upon graduation, she received the e-Computing Prize for Information, Digital Media and Technology and the TAFE Queensland South West Outstanding Vocational Student Award.
The Australian Government Department of Education and Training recently recognised Sally's outstanding skills whilst completing her vocational training and awarded her an Australian Vocational Student Prize for 2014.
This is an outstanding achievement for Sally with only twelve other students in the region receiving this award.
Sally also received a cash incentive prize of $1,000.
Currently enjoying her role as the receptionist at McAdam Turnbull Realty, Sally is the first contact ambassador.
She also attends to customer and client inquiries, the receipting and banking, and answering the phone.
Upon learning about her award, Sally said, "Winning the award was a great surprise, as I had completely forgotten about the nomination. I will continue to pursue my career in real estate. I would in future years like to work my way up the ladder into the more complex parts of real estate."
