MUESLI:

Ingredients:

  • 4 x cups rolled oats
  • Seed mixture
  • Dried Apricots
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Fresh strawberries/ or berries of your choice
  • Maple Syrup
  • Honey
  • Apple juice
  • Yoghurt of your choice

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 160 degrees
  • Line baking tray with baking paper
  • Mix the muesli and seed mixture in a bowl and add to tray
  • Toast in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes
  • Pour the honey, maple syrup and apple juice into a pan and boil for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring
  • Pour into the muesli and seed mixture in a bowl and stir together
  • Add the fruit
  • Pour yoghurt over to eat
