1/2 Cauliflower broken up into small florets and steamed until still firm
1 finely sliced red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped capers or gherkins
1/2 cup egg mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cupie mayonnaise
1/4 cup toasted pinenuts
2 Chopped hard boiled eggs
In a large bowl add all ingredients, toss and serve.
