Proston Uniting Church Service of Closure

The Uniting Church congregation of Proston has made the difficult decision to cease operating as a congregation.

This congregation has a long history of witness and service to their community, and have developed many leaders for both the Uniting Church and other denominations, but now are not in a position to continue.

As such, there will be a service at 2:00 p.m. at Proston Uniting Church to celebrate the faithfulness of God over the life of this congregation and to formally close this congregation.

A light lunch will be provided for those travelling long distances to attend, and an afternoon tea will be shared after the service.

For any further information contact Rev. David Ferguson david.ferguson@dovenetq.net.au).

To indicate your attendance or send greetings, please contact John Leyden (johnl48@bigpond.com).
