One day Sunshine Plaza fashion sale that you can't miss!

WITH warm weather around the corner, now is the time to spruce up your wardrobe.

But you may want to hang on for a few days before going shopping for the latest trends.

Sunshine Plaza is hosting a one day sale event where 50 plus retailers will be offering up to 30% off the latest season fashion brands.

The Spring meets Summer fashion campaign, featuring Sunshine Coast based model Ashley Osborne, will take place on Thursday, September 15 from 9am to 9pm.

There will be lots of prizes and giveaways on the day too.

Sunshine Plaza Marketing Manager Kylie Riches said the campaign celebrated the magic of people and places coming together.

"We are thrilled to have Ashley Osborne in our new fashion campaign; she was a natural choice with her relaxed personality and friendly appeal.

"All the latest trends from around the globe are translated into real and relatable styles along with practical hair and make-up tips to gain the best looks for a social summer - it's a one day sale not to be missed," she said.

But don't just ditch your old wardrobe, denim is making a come back.

Trends in the fashion campagin include "denim meets street", which is billed as a "fresh take on a cult classic, hits the streets with 90's influence including chokers, sneakers, overalls adn chambray.

Blush tones and pleat are also in again while over-styling and statement accessories will also be featured.

Shoppers can enjoy a pop-up fashion parade through the centre at 7.15pm showing exactly how the latest outfits should be worn.

The first 1000 customers that follow @SunshinePlazaOfficial and present their phone will receive a free brownie at the "I heart brownie" pop-up, located ground level outside Kmart.

Complimentary beauty experiences will also be on on offer for shoppers to indulge in 15-minute complimentary lip service at MAC (Myer), a five-minute mini make-over at Stefan Hair Fashion, free skin consultations at The Body Shop, relaxing eye and hand treatments at Clarins (Myer) and 30-minute hair styling sessions at Hairhouse Warehouse.

Sessions are limited and booking for the Hairhouse Warehouse is preferred.
