Ocean disappears

You have no right to your view...Gold Coast City Council advises a home owner that in approving amended landscape plans for a developer that his rights to a view as set down in QCAT Guidelines is not considered during their approval process and that he cannot appeal. The developer planted a three metre Pandanus tree blocking the ocean view, even though it did not comply with Council Approved Plans, on complaining the homeowner was advised all the developer had to do was apply for an amended plan approval, problem fixed....Developer happy, Homeowner ignored...IS THIS GOOD ENOUGH
