A SECOND home on 'Millionaire's Row' is for sale, with an asking price of more than $2.1 million.

The listing means neighbouring properties in the prestigious street are for sale simultaneously. 

PRD Nationwide agents Alex Lincoln and Meg Robertson are co-listing the property at 15-17 Kara View Court, while fellow PRD Nationwide agent Leigh McCarthy is listing next door at 11 - 13 Kara View Ct. That home will go under the hammer and there is no price listed on the house. 

Ms Lincoln said it was a coincidence that the two properties were being sold at the same time, and that the current owner of 15-17 planned to stay in the Toowoomba area.

She said the home's magnificent views, sought-after address and architectural style were its best features, describing it as "one of the best" homes in the city.

"It is a beautifully designed home," she said.

"The views are a rare commodity. They don't make any more of them."

She said the home would appeal to locals and those further afield as people sought to "upgrade and upscale".

The home has sweeping views of Lockyer Valley, a swimming pool and fully-lit tennis court, expansive outdoor entertaining terrace and four large bedrooms.

It was designed by architect Lester Ehrlich of ELIA Architecture. The firm has offices in Toowoomba, Brisbane and Kuala Lumpur.
