Mount Gilead Estate: A fresh approach to retirement

IF it is a stunning retirement amongst the trees you're looking for, Mount Gilead Estate, just 10 minutes' drive away from Campbelltown, is well worth a look.

The Estate offers over 55 independent living in villas and apartments, a wellness centre, pool, private golf course, private clubhouse, and a shuttle bus, all maintained in a secure, gated environment.

Mount Gilead Estate open day organisers are promising a "fresh new approach to retirement living" and special open day offers on new apartments and villas on the day.

Deals include no levies for two years for villas purchased on the day* and a golf cart included with apartments purchased on the day*.

The day provides a chance to inspect the new villa designs - spacious, three bedrooms with double car garages starting from $560,000, or to reserve an apartment in the third building from $365,000.

There will also be golf buggy tours regularly departing from the clubhouse, where light refreshments will be served.

"Existing residents will be in the clubhouse or around the estate on the day and will be happy to tell you why they chose Mount Gilead, and what living here is like," A Mount Gilead Estate spokesperson said.

"Ask any of our volunteer residents wearing Open Day name badges."

If you want to know what retirement at Mount Gilead Estate looks like, you can experience it for yourself this Saturday November 10th from 10am at 72 Glendower St, Gilead NSW.
