Marriage of Figaro opera treat comes to Noosa alive!

OPERA Australia's full-scale touring production of the much-loved Marriage of Figaro is coming to the Sunshine Coast in July for Noosa alive!

Marriage of Figaro, sung in English, will be presented by Noosa alive! in association with Ricky's.

Mozart's brilliant opera The Marriage of Figaro follows the adventures of a household over one crazy day.

Masters are lusting over their servants, servants are outwitting their masters ... Figaro is the Downton Abbey of Opera, but a whole lot more fun.

Award-winning creative duo Michael Gow and Robert Kemp have created a new production, featuring stunning period costumes and a clever set.

A talented chamber orchestra and a chorus of local children will accompany some of Opera Australia's finest singers performing Mozart's beautiful music.

The performance is on July 25 at 7.30pm at Noosa Leisure Centre in Wallace Drive, Noosaville.

Tickets range from $15 to $189 and are on sale now. Visit www.noosaalive.com.au
