Luxury home on offer in lifestyle lottery

THE Endeavour Foundation's Lifestyle Lottery loves the Sunshine Coast.

A beachfront home at 14 Antipodes Close, Castaways Beach, valued at $1.7million, awaits the next lucky lottery winner. The luxuriously furnished four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is bounded by national park, yet is just a few minutes' drive from shopping and schools at Noosa.

Boasting an enormous deck, complete with sparkling in-ground pool, drop-down cinema screen and cabana dining for 12, this home offers coastal living at its best.

Plantation blinds add to the Caribbean feel, while outdoor speakers, an amplifier, DVD player and rear throw projector with remote drop-down screen, deliver technological opulence. A gated outdoor shower with bench seat, and a plumbed and refrigerated four-burner Gasmate Platinum barbecue bring the inside out in inimitable style.

Blue and driftwood accents pepper this home, and stackable glass doors, relaxed linen sofas and occasional chairs invite you to kick back and breathe in the sea air.

With exceptional ocean views from the main deck, the lucky winner can also retire to the rear balcony to revel in a glorious sunset.

While the master suite's greatest asset is its incredible sea view, this is only enhanced by its restful décor, spacious walk-through wardrobe with centre island, chandelier and "his and hers" drawers, and ensuite with rainhead shower cubicle and contemporary tub.

No family retreat would be complete without a TV and games room, in this instance leading to an undercover back deck and grassed play area. A cubbyhouse Tee Pee gives children a shady place to play, and there's even a swinging lounge chair for the adults.

Supporter Enterprises executive general manager Andrew Thomas said the lottery, and the mission it supported, was all about your "best life".

"All funds raised from the prize home go directly to Endeavour Foundation's At Home With Choices project, which provides well-designed, accessible homes for people with a disability to enjoy greater independence," he said.

"We all have dreams and aspirations, and our lotteries are an amazing way to deliver on those for both the winners and the people we support."

The lottery closes September 28 and is drawn October 5.
