Luke and Cody show style flair in fix-up challenge
DALBY twins Luke and Cody Cook are coming into their own as designers and renovators on House Rules.
The brothers excelled in tonight's 24-hour fix-up challenge, earning the second highest score of the night from judges Joe Snell and Wendy Moore.
They and the other four teams were given $5000 to improve one zone of their own homes, renovated in the first round of the show, and do some of their own DIY work along the way.
After getting off to a slow start as they struggled to find trades and stores open on a Friday afternoon, the brothers made over Cody's "George Clooney" bedroom and bathroom originally renovated by Sydney couple Nancy and Daniel.

"What impressed me the most is how much of yourselves you put into this fix-up," Moore said.
"Your creativity and personality is just stamped all over it."
Nancy and Daniel were eliminated after failing to make enough of an impact with their changes to Rose and Rob's zone which included their living room, study, hallway and bathroom.
Fil and Joe also struggled with the time limit, failing to squeeze in the changes needed to fix Claire and Hagan's zone.
They were the only team the judges said had picked the wrong zone for the 24-hour challenge.
House Rules continues Sunday at 7pm on Channel 7.
