Good Morning! I couldn’t help but notice that my personal training studio recently won your City Pride poll on the QT’s Facebook Page and wanted to bring some even more fabulous news to your attention!

I started training with Neil & Paula from Moore Results Personal Training in January last year and over the weekend I placed 4th in the Model Australia Classic Class and 5th in the Ms. Bikini Australia Classic Class at the Musclemania Championships on the Gold Coast. A pretty impressive win considering that when I started I couldn’t even tie my own shoes laces after having a semitrailer drive over the top of me in my car which then resulting in me having over 13 spinal surgeries to repair damage and implant 6 screws, 2 rods and cages to my lower back!

Ipswich is constantly taunted has being one of the most overweight cities in Australia but let’s face it it’s a best place to live and my 30+Kg of weight loss proves that if you want something bad enough you can achieve it!

Anyway I just wanted to share and hoped my store could motivate others in our community to aim high and focus on their long-term health.
