Kirk Douglas celebrates 102nd birthday with sweet message
HOLLYWOOD veteran Kirk Douglas has celebrated his 102nd birthday with the sweetest gift imaginable: a video message from his A-list celebrity family.
Douglas, who was born Issur Danielovitch Demsky, received the special video tribute from his daughter-in-law Catherine Zeta-Jones on Instagram.
In the video, Zeta-Jones and husband, Michael Douglas', daughter Carys Zeta Douglas is playing Christina Aguilera's hit 'Beautiful' on piano while a series of photos from her grandfather's life flash on screen.
"Happy 102nd birthday to the most beautiful man," Zeta-Jones captioned the video. "We love you Kirk."
Douglas is one of the last stars of the golden age of Hollywood after appearing in almost 40 films, including the hit 'Spartacus'.
Douglas and his wife, Anne, who celebrates her century next year, were in 1954.
