Kerry Chikarovski Tender Loving Cuisine Australia board
TENDER Loving Cuisine is celebrating its 25th anniversary in this 2020 year and with the coronavirus lockdown, TLC has proved to be a godsend to our many happy customers by providing their home delivered meals.
The anniversary was chosen as the year the founder Jack Barker would appoint a board of directors to expand their services and influence throughout the Australian community.
To further celebrate this auspicious year, TLC has confirmed that the former Leader of the NSW Liberal Party, Kerry Chikarovski, has accepted an invitation to join the board of Tender Loving Cuisine Australia.
Being a staunch supporter for the status of women and for our ageing and disability sectors during her career in politics, it was an opportunity that Kerry felt would enable her to positively impact on the good health of seniors receiving delicious and nutritious meals while remaining living in their own home.
Tender Loving Cuisine commenced operations at Royal North Shore Hospital in 1995 to provide quality home delivered meals to their discharged patients and this special service has since been extended throughout all of the Eastern States.
TLC has agreements with most charities and Home Care Providers to supply their premium range of delivered meals to those clients on care packages where food is an essential component.
As a registered NDIS Provider, TLC is now able to also support thousands of disabled clients that need proper nutrition to improve their quality of living and this is a wonderful service supported enthusiastically by Kerry.
Jack invites all health professionals and existing registered providers of HCP or NDIS packages that they would be welcomed to also establish an agreement that could improve the health and be a benefit to their clients.
