U3A BALLINA and Byron are inviting seniors to gather together on April 6 to find out about active and engaging events and classes.

Its Seniors Expo will have belly dancing and Scottish country dancing class members performing while in other areas there will be available Tai Chi, educational, wellbeing and other creative information.

U3A Ballina/Bryon president Warren Hastings Harris said there will be information on all the U3A classes.

"It will be an exciting morning of meeting new people, finding out about new experiences, being enthused by the dancing and talking to people about the range of social activities on offer through U3A," Warren said.

Warren believes it will be a teriffic opportunity to engage with like-minded people and find out how to become more active, both mentally and physcially, within the community through the U3A.

The Seniors Expo is on at The Richmond Rood, 11 Regatta Avenue, Ballina. For more details, contact, call 6681 4450.
