Learn to make Japanese furoshiki bags and gift-wrapping

LEARN how to make bags out of square furoshiki material, gift-wraps using fabric squares, an origami box and various wrapping techniques at two State Library of Queensland workshops.

Paper artist and jewellery designer Mabina Alaka will help you create standout Japanese-styled wrapping for your gifts for any season.

Workshops on Thursdays, October 29 and November 26, from 6pm-8pm and held in Library Shop, level 1, State Library of Queensland, South Brisbane.
