WHY did the Ibis cross the road?
Well, that's a question best left for these motorists after they were held up by a group of curious pedestrians in the seaside suburb of Margate in Brisbane.
In the footage, a line of cars is forced to wait as a trio of the birds casually step out on to the zebra crossing and casually make their way across to the other side of the road.
We can learn a lot from these birds: Always be road safe, check both ways and make sure to always use a pedestrian crossing!
