One powerful move: The exercise to reignite your fitness

WINTER is over, summer is approaching and now is the perfect time to bust out of your fitness slumber!

And Body + Soul gym manager Rob Hubert is the man to help you on your way "to a fitter and healthier lifestyle".

So let's get moving with the first video: Squats.

Often referred to as the 'king of all exercises', the squat is an easy to learn and perform exercise that work the hips, glutes and quads.

But first, you must activate your core, which is "essential" to perform the exercise.

Once you discover your core, put your hands out in front of you, stand up straight, lower yourself into the squat and then push through your thighs back to a standing position (repeat as many times as you can).

It's that easy!
