Heritage Bank tops most satisfied customers survey
HERITAGE Bank has the most satisfied customers of any bank in Queensland, according to the latest Roy Morgan Research.
The Consumer Banking Satisfaction results for the first half of 2016 to May showed Heritage Bank leading with a 93.9% customer satisfaction rating.
Heritage's high customer rating was also up 2.6 percentage points from last year, helping the bank to maintain the Queensland lead ahead of CUA (89.9%), Suncorp Bank (85.7%), Bank of Queensland (83.7%) and the big four; Commonwealth, Westpac, ANZ and NAB.
Heritage Bank CEO Peter Lock said he was thrilled by the achievement.
"We're always looking to improve our services to meet the diverse banking needs of the community so it's fantastic to see we are heading in the right direction," he said.
"As Australia's largest customer owned bank, we take immense pride in aiming give to our customers the best experience we possibly can - across everything we do."
