Help Val track down the right Holloway

TWO weeks ago, a letter addressed to "Mrs R Holloway, Toowoomba, Australia" made its way into Val Holloway's letter box.

She wasn't the Holloway that the letter, sent from a 90-year-old woman in England, was intended for and she's trying to find its intended recipient.

There was a note on the corner of the envelope asking for help that read: "Postman, please try to find the full address, which was lost by an old lady of 90 years."

"I got a call from the postman and he asked me if I knew of or was related to an R Holloway," she said.

"He'd called all of the Holloways in Toowoomba trying to track her down but didn't have any luck."

So Mrs Holloway said she'd give it a go.

She said she was amazed that the letter had made it this far and it would be a shame if it didn't make it to its final destination.

The only further information obtained was that R Holloway was in fact a Roma Holloway.

The letter included a return address of 4 Ashcroft Close, Ringmer, Lewes BN8 5QY, UK.

If you know a Roma Holloway, phone Mrs Holloway on 0414260640.
