Health and wellness morning tea at Co.As.It. in Brisbane
JOIN us for our FREE Seniors Week celebration at our "Health and Wellness Morning Tea" events, 9.30am -12.30pm at our Social Activities Centres, the 17th August at Casa Serena 1 Lanchester St Stafford Heights and the 18th of August at Casa Aurelia, 79 Sussex Rd Acacia Ridge.
The event will have professionals from various fields such as Nutrition, Podiatry, Tai Chi and Beauty give a presentation with interactive Q&A's and engaging demonstrations.
Our delicious morning tea is not to be missed along with Australian Hearing who will also be providing free hearing tests.
