Heal yourself the natural way at expo

THE "Heal Yourself Expo", from March 17 to 18, is designed to give people the tools they require to heal themselves emotionally, physically and spiritually.

All physical pain has a specific emotional cause and there is little or no point trying to fix the physical without dealing with the emotional issue - so we need people that can help in emotional release such as emotional therapists, regression therapists, hypnotherapists, counsellors, crystals, book sellers and jewellery.

Once the emotional reason has been addressed, then we can begin fixing the physical pain with the help of gyms, personal trainers, yoga studios, skin care, superfoods, holistic doctors, organic gardening/permaculture, organic foods, holistic dentist retreats and travel.

Every person is different and most people get lost in the choices, giving up after one bad experience.

The reason behind this is that they are not intuitively aware of what their bodies needs and requires.

To this end, we also assist people to become more intuitively aware of themselves and their health with spiritual guidance such as psychic readers, numerologists, medical intuitives, spirit guides and spiritual retreats.
