TRIPLE TREAT: Singing, dancing and acting skills will be honed at Theatre with B.I.T.E.

Get your teeth into Coffs Coast performing arts

ARE you a pre-teen or teen who loves musicals yet has been too shy to strut your stuff ? Or maybe you're more experienced, but want to hone your skills.

Perhaps you're a fabulous singer, but know your acting and dancing could use a bit of help.

Well, if you want to be an all-round performer, Theatre with B.I.T.E. classes are for you.

Sue Lake-Harris recently moved to the region but has been teaching performing arts for year.

She is an accomplished performer herself, having scored roles such as Velma in Chicago, Nancy in Oliver!, and many more.

She has teaching qualifications in the field as well as the experience to back those up - not just as a performer but as a theatre operations manager, director, producer, and writer.

Students will learn everything they need to know in order to develop into capable triple threat, all singing-dancing-acting performers.

Sue can help you realise the potential of your strengths and deal with weaknesses in a supportive and constructive fashion.

You will also learn the ropes of theatre etiquette, audition skills and material selection, and you will get to perform.

Theatre with B.I.T.E.'s patron, the legendary Toni Lamond, said, "Coffs Harbour arts/entertainment scene gets the proverbial shot in the arm, with the advent of Sue Lake-Harris' performing arts group, aptly titled Theatre with B.I.T.E.”

"Dynamo Sue with her first-hand knowledge of the pros and cons of performing, is an excellent choice as a guide to young hopefuls, taking the first step on the not always smooth journey to possible acting stardom,” Ms Lamond said.

"I am privileged to be asked to be patron to this project. Sue shares my love and dedication to the business and I am honoured to be a part of it.”

Classes start in May and run for the equivalent of a semester (two full terms).
