Get involved and make your voice heard this election

The federal election will be held on July 2 and COTA was developing its election priorities.

The Council on the Ageing Queensland is a statewide not-for-profit organisation giving older Queenslanders a voice on issues that affect them.

Given that your priorities are COTA's priorities, they need to hear from you.

The council want your voice to reach the candidates and the best way to do this was to join together to identify the things that matter most to older Australia.

If you want to express interest in joining in a discussion and voicing your views on election issues, phone 3316 2999 or email policy@cotaqld.org.au.

Also ask about other ways you can influence and then support the COTA Election Platform.

The more people who join in the conversation the surer we are that we will get the messages to politicians, candidates and media right.
