Council engineers need to be held accountable

WHAT kind of engineers we have at Toowoomba Regional Council.
Everything gets done twice with this council and not with their money.
Why did that engineer spend all money on a cubby house? He should be held accountable.
This wasn't important but the bats they're doing nothing about them.
