WATCH: Doco's intimate portrait of Reynolds and Fisher

AS FANS mourn their loss, Carrie Fisher's and Debbie Reynolds' lives are being remembered through the documentary Bright Lights.

The intimate film, which was filmed shortly before the mother and daughter's deaths, examines their relationship as they went through their everyday lives.

They speak about their bond, fame, depression and ageing in the Hollywood limelight.

It's a touching movie which makes it all the more tragic to know that these two stunningly talented actresses have left this life too early.

Bright Lights, due originally to be released in March, was released on the weekend.
