IF YOU'RE anything like me, you have a million lipsticks laying around that you don't use and you're not going to carry a bag full of lipsticks around with you every day...are you?
But carrying one lipstick palette around in your handbag...that sounds much more practical. There's a couple of way you can melt lipsticks.
You can melt them in the microwave in a specialised rubber bowl, or you can melt them in a teaspoon over a tea light candle.
The first way is most effective by purchasing little Japonesque kits which contain everything you need to make your own lip palette.
