CHERYL and her boyfriend Matt are loved up but their dinner guests weren't feeling the love on My Kitchen Rules tonight.
The Brisbane couple now sit on the bottom of the leaderboard after earning dismal scores as low as one point out of 10 for their dishes.
The lovebirds put on an entertaining evening with their Odd Couple themed instant restaurant, but unfortunately their food wasn't odd in a good way.
Cheryl talked up their entrée as the dish Matt made to win her over, but it didn't win them any favour with the judges.
"You sold me this dish as a knockout… that it was full of love passion, I didn't get any of that," Pete Evans said.
"As soon as you put it in front of me I've got to say it didn't look attractive.
"The dressing which is usually the star of the dish because it's a Caesar dressing is very thing and has a strange taste to it.
"If I got served that at a restaurant I would never go back."
Once again Sydney lawyer Zana proved to be the divisive figure at the dinner table, revealing she won't eat lettuce unless she knows every piece has been washed individually.
Stinging from the tough love, Cheryl and Matt tried to bounce back with their main course but even after cooking a few test pieces of swordfish, they ended up serving overcooked fish to the majority of the table.
Manu Feildel had almost nothing nice to say about the main course.
"The fish is way overcooked, like tinned tuna overcooked," he said.
"The sauce you've poured over the top is very, very sharp. The carrots are beautiful; I don't mind the skin being on it but they need to be washed (because) there's grit all over it. The pea puree, which has amazing colour, has no seasoning whatsoever."
The night continued to go downhill as Cheryl's dessert failed to live up to its seductive description.
"(With) seduction in a title obviously you expect to be seduced," Feildel said.
"Then you have the word chocolate; everybody loves chocolate.
"I don't get chocolate and the reason is you didn't put chocolate in it. The main flavour I get from the cake is a cinnamon cake.
"As a whole, very disappointing as that's not what I ordered on the menu."
They took the criticism well, telling the table they respected their feedback and opinions.
Adelaide besties Rosie and Paige will host their instant restaurant on Sunday.
