THERE'S lots of things you can do with things laying around the home, such as re-using jars, re-purposing old clothes and fashioning them into new styles, but here's one trick that will save you time and money.
Store your old milk bottles when you've finished with them in a cupboard somewhere because you never know when you're going on a camping trip or a roadtrip.
Why would you need old milk bottles for a roadtrip? Well... You're always going to bring an esky on your trip and the easiest way to keep your food cold in your esky is to fill up a milk bottle instead of buying ice.
You will save the time it takes to buy the ice and the money too!
